  1. If I am having trouble with a booking who do I contact?

  2. When are more dates released?

    We always have 3 months worth of bookings available at a time. When one month ends we open another month for bookings. (i.e. When October closes we will open January for bookings.)

  3. What is the cost of the tasting menu ticket?

    The cost is $125 per person.

  4. What does the price of one ticket include?

    Your ticket includes Chef's custom tasting menu, tax, service and gratuity. Beverages are billed separately at end of meal.

  5. Why tickets instead of reservations?

    Tickets allow Chef James to source ingredients not normally used in our kitchen because you attendance is guaranteed.

  6. What will I eat at the Chef's Counter?

    Chef James prepares a custom tasting menu in harmony with the seasons and your dietary restrictions of the best available product.

  7. What is the time and duration of the tasting menu?

    The seating is at 7 pm. We ask that you arrive on time and expect the meal to last at least an hour and a half.

  8. I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate them?

    We can accommodate most dietary needs. Unfortunately at this time we can not accommodate gluten free, dairy free or vegan.

  9. Do you offer wine or beverage pairings?

    We currently do not offer pairings. You can order anything off our beverage menu or bring your own wine for a corkage fee.

  10. I would like to bring my own wine. Is there a corkage fee?

    Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two 750 ml bottles of wine per couple. The fee is $50 per bottle.

  11. How many guests can you accommodate at the Chef's Counter and do you accept parties of odd numbers?

    We can accommodate up to 4 guests at the Chef Counter. We accept parties of 2 and 4. Parties of 2 will have a shared Chef's Counter experience.

  12. I want to book a party of 5 or more. How do I do that?

    Unfortunately we are limited to 4 guests a night but you can always make a reservation in our main dining room for regular dinner service.

  13. Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

    All sales are final on Tock, our new ticketing system. However, we do allow you to transfer your reservation. To do so, please log in to you account, navigate to My Account, select Your Tickets and click the Transfer button next to the tickets you want to Transfer.

  14. Is there a dress code?

    No, come as you are.
