We always have 3 months worth of bookings available at a time. When one month ends we open another month for bookings. (i.e. When October closes we will open January for bookings.)
The cost is $125 per person.
Your ticket includes Chef's custom tasting menu, tax, service and gratuity. Beverages are billed separately at end of meal.
Tickets allow Chef James to source ingredients not normally used in our kitchen because you attendance is guaranteed.
Chef James prepares a custom tasting menu in harmony with the seasons and your dietary restrictions of the best available product.
The seating is at 7 pm. We ask that you arrive on time and expect the meal to last at least an hour and a half.
We can accommodate most dietary needs. Unfortunately at this time we can not accommodate gluten free, dairy free or vegan.
We currently do not offer pairings. You can order anything off our beverage menu or bring your own wine for a corkage fee.
Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two 750 ml bottles of wine per couple. The fee is $50 per bottle.
We can accommodate up to 4 guests at the Chef Counter. We accept parties of 2 and 4. Parties of 2 will have a shared Chef's Counter experience.
Unfortunately we are limited to 4 guests a night but you can always make a reservation in our main dining room for regular dinner service.
All sales are final on Tock, our new ticketing system. However, we do allow you to transfer your reservation. To do so, please log in to you account, navigate to My Account, select Your Tickets and click the Transfer button next to the tickets you want to Transfer.
